Better For You Coffee Creamer


I don't know about you, but this Mama runs on coffee.  I would consider myself to be a pretty healthy person but I have a secret love for those coffee shop flavored coffees that full of some not so great ingredients.  As part of my journey to living a more natural life I've been playing around with making that fancy coffee at home with healthier ingredients and I've finally figured it out. 

coffee creamer

2 cups of half and half

1 cup milk 

1/4 cup maple syrup (not the fake stuff)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract (also not the fake stuff)

Pour it all into a jar and shake it up.  Store in the refrigerator and shake it before each use.  

Want to make it dairy free? Sub out the half and half / milk with 3 cups of your favorite non-diary milk. 

Thats it! It's so easy and so much better than those mystery ingredient coffee shop mixes.  Don't forget to add it to your GoSili To-Go Cup
