With schools closed because of Covid-19 we are putting together a new activity every day to help the kids busy and the parents sane.
Today's activity is breathing cards! Each card features a different way to breath deeply, helping children to calm down and unwind...they are great for relieving a little parent stress too!

The cards feature the following techniques:
Breathe Like a Flower: Breathe in through the nose and then breathe out saying "ahhhhh" like you just smelled a pretty flower.
Breathe Like a Bear: Breathe in through the nose and then out with a soft growl.
Breathe Like a Bee: Breathe in through the nose and then out with a buzzing sound.
Breathe Like a Snake: Breathe in through the nose and then out with a hiss.
Breathe Like the Wind: Breathe in through the nose and then out with a fast woosh.
Breathe Like a Rabbit: Breathe in and out through your nose, scrunching up your face a bit like a rabbit wiggling their nose.
