I often talk to people who are overwhelmed with the idea of switching to a natural lifestyle. There are too many changes to make and so much information being thrown at them that it just seems like more than they can manage. But, it doesn't have to be like that...
My method for making the natural living switch is to go slow. It's simple, just choose one thing to change. A great one to start with is using a refillable water bottle. Make that one change and do it for a whole week, this will help it to become habit for you. When the week is up, make a second change and continue on that way.
- Reusable lunch / food containers
- Cloth napkins
- Plant some herbs and let them grow on a windowsill
- Lower your thermostat a few degrees
- Find a friend to ride share with
