One Change at a Time
I often talk to people who are overwhelmed with the idea of switching to a natural lifestyle. There are too many changes to make and so much information being thrown at them that it just seems like more than they can manage. But, it doesn't have to be like that... My method for making the natural living switch is to go slow. It's simple, just choose one thing to change. A great one to start with is using a refillable water bottle.
